The Region 4 Genetics Collaborative and partners are please to announce a free webcast scheduled for Tuesday, December 1st, 2009 from 12 - 1 p.m. (ET) discussing “The Medical Home” and how to create meaningful partnerships between parents and their children’s medical caregivers. This webcast will share the experiences of families, professionals and primary care providers who support and use the medical home approach.
