  • Representation, Inclusion, and Support for Equity in Genetic Counseling (RISE-GC) Scholarship: this scholarship is available for up to two individuals each Match cycle who identify as coming from a disadvantaged background
  • We employ holistic, anonymized application review
  • All Admissions Committee members complete implicit bias training prior to reviewing any applications
  • Our curriculum incorporates DEIJ issues and principles throughout, rather than completing a single training or event
  • Additional funding opportunities for students who identify ways to expand their clinical skills with the goal to better provide genetic counseling to underserved populations
